The Saint Kitts & Nevis CBI program allows qualified individuals and their families to obtain full citizenship and a passport by making an approved economic contribution to the country through a government fund or real estate investment. It is the oldest and one of the most established CBI programs in the world, first introduced in 1984.
There are two main routes:
Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC): A non-refundable donation to the government fund, typically starting at around USD 250,000 for a single applicant.
Real Estate Investment: Purchase government-approved real estate with a minimum value of USD 325,000 or more, which can be resold after the mandatory holding period.
Additional government fees, due diligence fees and processing charges apply depending on family size and route chosen.
Once the complete application and required documents are submitted, standard processing typically takes about 3–4 months, though timelines may vary slightly depending on government review and documentation.
A main applicant may include:

Children under 18
Children between 18–25 who are full-time students and financially dependent
Parents aged 55 or older who live with and are supported by the main applicant
Children aged 18+ with physical or mental challenges
